  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  •  3/4 tsp raw coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup tea concentrate
  •  1/8 tsp turmeric

Preparation:

In order to make the tea concentrate you have to combine all the ingredients in the first list except the tea bags and vanilla in a small saucepan. Then, you should bring them to boil. Next, remove it from heat and add the tea bags and vanilla. Let is steep for 10 minutes then pour it through a tea strainer and store it in a sealable container. This will last up to 7 days refrigerated.

If you want to make one latte just whisk together the coconut milk, coconut sugar and turmeric in a small saucepan. Warm them up over medium heat until the mixture becomes to boil. Remove the lid for a few seconds every day to build-up fermentation gas. When you taste the brew and it is fizzy, remove the apple pieces and place the jar in the refrigerator.
