1. Swelling 

As we said above, when there is a kidney failure, the excess fluid cannot be eliminated. Therefore, the excess fluid remains in the body and causes swelling. 2. Fatigue

Erythropoietin is a hormone produced by the kidneys, which produces the red blood cells and carries oxygen. When the kidneys can’t work properly, they produce less erythropoietin. Therefore, the body lacks oxygen supply, which can result in fatigue and mental exhaustion.

3. Changes in Urine

The kidneys are responsible for the urine. Thus, when there is a kidney failure you may experience some changes in your urine. Some of the changes you may experience can be frequent urination, foamy urine, dark-colored urine, blood in your urine of difficulty urinating.
