Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder/ 1-inch piece sliced ginger root

Instructions:

Put everything in a bowl, except the honey, and mix well. Then, put the mixture in a saucepan and cook to simmer or boil. Then lower the heat and leave it to cook for 5 additional minutes. At the end, add honey and drink it while it is still hot or warm.
