Water Treatment Instructions
Immediately after waking up and before brushing your teeth drink four glasses of 160ml, that’s 640 ml in total.
Do not eat anything for the next 45 minutes. Then, have breakfast.
You shouldn’t eat or drink anything for two hours after having breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Note that if you cannot drink 640 ml of water on an empty stomach, drink as much as you can and gradually increase the amount until you reach the preferable 640 ml.
