Reverse Cavities Naturally and Heal Tooth Decay With This Powerful Tooth Mask!

We’ve been led to believe that whenever we experience a tooth decay or cavity, we can reduce the damage by filling it with a synthetic material. However, the truth is that tooth decay can be prevented and reversed with proper nutrition.

Tooth decay occurs when the tooth’s enamel and the underlying layer- the dentin is destroyed. The tooth’s enamel can be destroyed by bacteria, which produce acid when we eat and drink. As a result, the acids dissolve the protective layer, remove minerals from the enamel and cause cavities. The decay is small at the beginning, but it tends to deepen and reach the nerve of the tooth. Thus, it may trigger a toothache, pain when chewing, or sensitivity to hot and cold.

Luckily, this issue can be prevented and treated naturally. The most important thing when it comes to preventing cavities and tooth decay is to practice a regular and proper oral hygiene. This means that you should brush and floss your teeth regularly and visit the dentist often. Moreover, there are two natural remedies which can reverse cavities without drilling. These two teeth masks are excellent remedies. Here’s how to prepare them:
