However, note that pregnant women, people who suffer from diabetes, or have allergies, should consult their doctor before consuming this remedy.

How these Ingredients Help Digestive Issues?

First, apple juice has a very gentle laxative effect. It also contains high levels of fructose, glucose, and sorbitol content which may help relieve constipation. But, you should not consume it in high doses because by doing so it has a reverse effect.

Second, lemon juice has proven to be a very potent agent for detoxification. Also, it is a great antioxidant due to the high levels of vitamin C. Its high acid levels will stimulate the function of the digestive system and bowel movements.

Third, ginger juice speeds up sluggish digestion and will help alleviate constipation. Furthermore, ginger decreases stomach bloating and promotes the function of the colon.

Fourth, sea salt initiates body’s mechanism of natural detoxification and elimination of accumulated body waste. Therefore, it helps the work of the digestive system and makes you feel less sluggish and less weighed-down.
